Qt 5.11.2 msvc 17 32bits

Qt made available the binaries of the 64-bit version for msvc 17, why did not do the same for the 32-bit version? The compilation of qt is an increasingly time consuming and difficult task, it costs nothing for the qt team to have compiled and made available an installer. Does anyone have the 32 bit binaries for full 2017 msvc?
