bluetooth (BLE) - incomplete services list

I have made BLE device and now I writing tester for it under ArchLinux and RaspberryPi 3. When I connect to device via bluetoothctl I get all (7) services, but when I call discoveryServices(), I get only 5 instead of 7 services. It hapens in my application and in example application - lowenergyscanner. How to scann all services?
