I'm a desktop developer and I recently developed a proof of concept where my Qt application runs in batch mode on a server with a REACT gui on the client webpage. Cl.@busybee just in case, they used to run "lightning talks" (just 10 minutes or so) in past Qt World Summits, i.e. list of 2016 talks. You may want to be part of them if they are available this year as well.
