Hi,

I want to install Qt SDK 1.1.3 on Windows 7 64bit but I can't get it to work. The MaintenanceTool doesn't use my proxy and if I start it from Cmd with "-proxy" I get the same results.

Can anyone help?
I've used the Offline Installer to install the SDK and now I want to add some features.
