How to sink GStreamer Player with QT Widgets?

I have already compiled Gstreamer source code and it was creating an exe which is capable of playing live streaming video through rtsp protocol. Same thing i want to display it in my custom widget ( QT widget) but it does not play and created a seperate exe. Please provide an solution for this issue?
