Yes. They no longer offer 32 bit version. ( huge work, declining downloads)https://doc.qt.io/Qt-5/windows-building.html
make sure to check out
https://doc.qt.io/Qt-5/windows-requirements.htmlbefore stating.
If you get error and change parameters. Make sure to start over cleanly. ( nuke the folder)
also, use a pc with many cores as possible or it take ages.
ps. as noted, u might want to use jom

http://wiki.qt.io/JomAlternatively, you could download the MSVC 2015 x86 version and use your MSVC 2017 compiler with it.
