I find that QTQUICK_COMPILER_SKIPPED_RESOURCES is no longer supported after QT5.11. Is there any replacement for this flag?

As of 5.13, it is still working. The gotcha may be that you should have your qrc file in both RESOURCES and QTQUICK_COMPILER_SKIPPED_RESOURCES.
