How do I access Qt Designer

How can I access QT designer? I am new to QT so please help me with this. If you can help please help as early as possible

@david4565 Either use QtCreator (QtDesigner is integrated in QtCreator) or use the stand alone QtDesigner (on Windows it is C:\Qt\5.10.1\mingw53_32\bin\designer.exe if you installed MinGW Qt).
