In Qt5, is there a drawing 3D coordinate diagram library like QwtPlot3D？

I want to draw some 3D coordinate diagrams like this. How should I get to it in Qt5? Can I continue to use the QwtPlot3D library? Or some new method？
I am using Qt Creator 5.9.1 on windows 10.
MSVC2015 64bit compiler.

Qwt is compatible with Qt 5. So if you have something already working that satisfies your needs, then keep using it.
