<p dir="auto"><img src="https://ddgobkiprc33d.cloudfront.net/082ae6fa-1c66-4fb5-a717-a7fa1855a597.png" alt="0_1527418283197_a8b38687-de2c-4ad9-8cc9-9243cb8e345c-изображение.png" class=" img-fluid img-markdown" /></p>
<p dir="auto">I noticed the weird <code>\/</code> in the file path and tried again with forward slashes:</p>
<p dir="auto"><img src="https://ddgobkiprc33d.cloudfront.net/e4b9dde6-39ad-4273-a68e-9b372cd1f9c8.png" alt="0_1527418544327_e60c9692-582e-445d-8ad8-91c6f6410c96-изображение.png" class=" img-fluid img-markdown" /></p>
<p dir="auto">Now it's even weirder: <code>\/\</code></p>
<p dir="auto">Also, the "Tools" folder does not exist at this time.</p>
<p dir="auto">(update)<br />
Tried on 2 different machines, same result.</p>

That's odd, this installer is <em>shorter</em> than the "corrupt" one I downloaded a few days ago, and its digital signature is newer.</p>
<p dir="auto">Well, the problem is solved anyway.</p>

Make sure no virus scanner is interrupting the install.<br />
I had the same sort of ultra strange error one time installing at work.<br />
It was the scanner halting the files and messed up the install.</p>
