Download qt source - missing link?

    Following this guide

    it links to the download page
    https://www.qt.io/download

    then there is no place to "download source". there is just general package installer.
    Where is the source link? I find the page is now less and less developer friendly over the time. getting hard to find what we want..

      You can select what you want to download in the the online installer, such as the qt source, library, etc.

      I remember there used to be a direct link to download the source, but I can't find it now.

          Hi @maximus, it looks like the guide is outdated.

          You can download the latest source package from http://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/5.10/5.10.1/single/ (the .zip file is for Windows, the .tar.xz file is for other OSes)

            confirm what I thought, the link was removed.
            Use to have link to get the beta. alpha source.
