I use Bluetooth scanner to scan Bluetooth for my android device(galaxy tablet). after build and run it on android device, i press scan button but nothing to show. (but i see available Bluetooth on mu phone)

These are the Qt SDK examples? I'm pretty sure you need to find out what permissions Bluetooth on Android needs and add them either in the Manifest or ask user for them.

You should create an Android manifest file and edit it in Qt Creator. Go to Projects > Build Android APK > Details
Now Select Create Templates to create the manifest file and to open it in editor
