Possible create Qbs profile without qmake?

I have couple questions.

As I understand it, the support of Qmake will be abandoned in favor of Qbs. Is it possible to create a Qbs profile now without using Qmake?
Qmake contains internally hard-compiled paths to libraries and header files?
Where can I read about the methods of transferring (copying) the Qt5 SDK to another location and setting it up for work (without recompiling)?
