Highlight Dropdown Arrows only when mouse hovered in QSpinbox

QspinBox uses QStyleSheetStyle to change style for whole Qspinbox.
My requirement is to just highlight the dropdown arrows when i hover over the mouse through the arrows not the whole box.
Is there any Qt Apis which directly i can use or i need to create a subclass of QSpinBox?
If Subclass is needed then how do i implement that?Thanks in advance.

You will need to use different images for the buttons/arrows
