Unable to generate APK getting "Cannot find the android build step"

Im unable to generate Android APKs, tried both 5.10 and 5.9. Im getting the following error
Cannot find the android build step. Error while building/deploying project droid6 (kit: Android for armeabi-v7a (GCC 4.9, Qt 5.10.1 for Android armv7)) When executing step "Deploy to Android device"Should i open a bugreport?

Are you trying to deploy to a real device?
If yes, is it connected?Answering of Android related posts is typically a bit slow here. You may want to post also on https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/android-qt where also the original developer is possibly answering.
