Hi,

If you have a cl error this usually means that you don't have Visual Studio installed. What version of Qt are you trying to install ? If one of the Visual Studio release, do you have the matching version of VS installed ?

If you'd rather avoid having to install Visual Studio then you should select the MinGW version as well as the compiler through the installer.
