I have looked around and not found a wiki or forum category for topics such as how to edit a post and how to mark a section of a post as code. When I click Topic Tools, or anywhere else in the topic thread, there is no option to edit my post.
Most forums I use have one of two methods of marking text as code. Most frequent is:
if( something) { code }
The other most prevalent method is to highlight the code than click one of a series of options to mark the highlighted segment as code. I find neither of those here.
Someone told me how to do that but I don't see a search function or an option to show all my subscribed threads.
Complicating factor: I work for the government and everything goes through some highly restrictive firewalls. It may just be that some options do not make it through the firewall and I cannot see them. A wiki might describe shortcut keystrokes to accomplish common formatting.
So, have I not discovered that part of these forums or have they not been created.

Click on the three dots on the right. There is the edit menu.

Use this above your posting window and you will get
```
//your code here
```
where you see "// your code here" should be self-explanatory.

Someone told me how to do that but I don't see a search function or an option to show all my subscribed threads.

The three vertical dots are not display anywhere on my computer. I see the 0 for up and down vote, but do not see the up and down arrows (The carot and the upside down carot) There is an invisible area that I can click to get a display showing the number of each up or down votes.
Thanks for the note about the triple ticks (single quote) I will try that here:
some code
Oh, and that is not the single quote or apostrophe, on my keyboard it is the tick shared with the tilde key.
Where you wrote: If you like to see your posts you the symbol
I click that and the options provided are:
Online
Away
Do not disturb
Invisible
Edit Profile
Setting
Logout
There is nothing to list my posts.
Now I see that there are a couple of clickable area to the left of the icon used to log out. When I hover there I see notifications for Search, Notifications, and Chats. The text for those items is not displayed.
Ok, I am better off than I was before. Thank you for your time.

As given in the picture in previous post. There should one further symbol to the right.

You should have your nickname "BKBK" there. Click on that as suggested above.

What browser (including version) are you using?

Try disabling all browser plugins/extensions.
