Qt online installer does not work

Ok. it really sounds like net issue.
Well you could try offline installer and then try to update it with maintenance tool and see if that works better.(I assume a browser do have inet)

What problem do you have if you try to access without proxy? -
Hey, I've got a similar Problem. The online installer is not working at all... It starts downloading metainformation and when its starting to download it stops. It says that it can't connect.
