I've been implementing ActiveQt in my application for years (although I'm no expert) and only recently discovered that registeActiveObject() is not doing its job.
I'm pretty sure this was working in my app a couple years ago.

Could anyone compile COM App Example (ActiveQt), run the app and then launch an OLE controller? (you can reuse internet explorer example)

In my case, it will always create a new Application object, instead of serving the one registered.

Checking with RotView the object is shown.
