Incomplete Webengine

Because webengine does not work as it should via the package installation that you download in Windows and Ubuntu. The webview does not appear in the palette as it should. It only works on Ubuntu Linux through:
apt-cache pkgnames qtwebengine.And downloading the packages that appears?
