<![CDATA[Pdf creation and whriter]]>wich classes of qt i have do use to this. create this and use it when i need by pass it this values: lastname,firstname,average,grade... and create new pdf wich will print later and keeping the original file. this pic i what i want to do. it's a scolar bulletin

If you need to edit/modify existing PDF documents, you may want to take a look at Poppler Qt5 , a wrapper to Poppler library.
