Different spaces between Items in ListView

Hello

In my ListView I need different spaces. After four Items for example a I want to have a bigger space. With the spacing property I can make everytime the same space between all items.
Is there a regular way the make different spaces in a ListView.

At the moment at the fourth item (if index == 3) I will make the MouseArea bigger. So it looks like a bigger space :)
