Removing a tick mark in chart

Do you have any solution to remove the vertical tick mark? It is located at the highest point of the left y-axis.

I would assume you have to remove the horizontal axis i.e. set it to a nullptr.

@m.sue Thank you. The horizontal axis is the top border of the chart and I want it to be there. The vertical axis which is the left y-axis also has to appear. Only the top tick mark is excessive.
