QML and C++ debugging together for Qt Quick project

I am able to successfully do qml debugging and remote c++ debugging with Qt creator. But this can be done only in exclusive way, meaning when qml debugging ( Debugging -> Attach to QML port ) is done, am not able to do c++ debugging.
I would like to debug my front end qml files together with backend cpp files to understand the complete flow of application.
Is it possible to follow the flow of execution by exchanging breakpoints between qml and c++ files in a project ?
