Build Qt 5.9.2 in windows for ARM Linux 64bit

Hi,
I'm trying to compile my project in windows for ARM 64bit platform,
I didn't found any qmake.exe that support my configuration and I've figured that I need to build my own qmake.exe file

I've tried to compile Qt 5.9.2 in windows using MSYS2 and MINGW 32/64.

I followed this guide:
https://wiki.qt.io/MSYS2

and run the below command in MSYS2 MinGW 32/64 bit shells:

./configure -embedded arm -platform win32-g++ -xplatform qws/linux-aarch64-gnu-g++ -little-endian -opensource -host-little-endian -confirm-license -nomake demos -nomake examples

and I'm getting unexplained errors :

Did I missed something in the configuration? or Is there a way to get qmake.exe to build arm64bit platform?
I've tried so many configuration and options and still I've failed...
