I do not have a deep knowledge in QSG and this is not an issue, but an attempt to understand how OpenGL Under QML works on Android and in particular, why QQuickWindow::sceneGraphInvalidated is called on Desktop but is not called on Android? And another question: what is right way to free raw OpenGL resources when QT Quick Android app is suspended? (as far as I see it is not strictly necessary, but is desirable).
