Stacked Popups, dimming and close popup handling

Hey folks,

I'm using Quick Components 2.2 to create a user interface.
Within that I opened a Dialog to show some information. Using an ApplicationWindow the dimming of the background works like charm.
But when I open a Popup from within the dialog, the dialog is not dimmed. Furthermore, when I click outside the popup (and the dialog) both items are closed.

What I want to achieve is:

• when the popup is shown, the dialog should be dimmed (and all other popups below the current one)
• when I click outside the popup (and the dialog), only the (topmost) popup should be closed

Is this behavior achievable using Quick Controls or do I have to implement it on my own?
And if I have to do it myself, can you give me a sketch of the best solution?
