How QtCreator Offline installer are created ?

I can clone and build QtCreator from git repository https://github.com/qt-creator/qt-creator, But i could not find how the offline installer for QtCreator are created.
I think Qt-Installer-Framework is used to create these installer. Please tell me where i can find the installer scripts for QtCreator?

I asked that question at stackoverflow. But that does answer my question. I want to know how it is done for QtCreator using Qt Installer Framework. I could not find it anywhere.
