How to stop dynamic loading of components using delegate

Hi,
I am working on ListView, I am instanting the component using delegate. But, I am facing a problem, when I am using this same qml file ListView file for 2 to 3 screens, its creating a instantiate which I don't want on some of the screens. My question is how to stop delegate to create instantiate upon my use case ( like placing a flag). Is their is a solutions for this, if so , please let me know.
