qtquickcompiler in Qt 5.9.1 open source

Hi,

Just wondering whether the qtquickcompiler is available in open source? If yes, do I need to compile it?

I've installed open source binary (x64) Qt 5.9.1 and added CONFIG += qtquickcompiler but no use i.e., I can still see the whole QML in the binary.

Any help is much appreciated.

But it also says
The Qt Quick QML compiler will also become available under LGPLv3, GPLv2, and commercial licenses, likely in the Qt 5.8 release.

But i fail to find any download :)
