QVideoWidget is not properly fitting into Qt Application while using in Virtual Box but it works in Ubuntu

I am using QVideoWidget to play video , it fails to fit into its widget while using in Virtual Box but when i use same application it works fine in ubuntu .
when i minimise and then maximise that window, it will fit into that window.
i tried to solve by using ignoreAspectRatio but it fails .
this->setAspectRatioMode(Qt::AspectRatioMode::IgnoreAspectRatio );/ / m_ptrVideoPlayer is QvideoWidget
m_ptrVideoPlayer = new QMediaPlayer(this, QMediaPlayer::StreamPlayback);thanks in advance !

Did you install the Vbox Additions ?
What version of Qt are you using on both machines ?
What version of Virtual Box are you running ?
