Trouble resiing widgets

I need help understanding how to get the widgets I add to a dialog using Qt Creator to resize with the dialog at run time. By vertical row I need to add
1 wrapable lable
1 groupbox with 4 radio buttons
1 row of 4 pushbuttons.

Any help here would be much appreciated!
