Is Windows 8 supports QtBluetooth classes?

I need to interact my api with nordic processor via low energy bluetooth protocol in Windows 8 platform.But BLE scanning and advertising feature does not supports in platform.Please tell the alternate way to use this feature in windows.Is it possible to use all the features of qt with bluestacks in windows ?Please solve my issues as soon as possible.Awaiting for your reply.

You can try to use a sources from the wip/win branch of qtconnectivity. You should compile and install it himself.
