    Hi,

I`ve installed qt creator community version (4.3.1) based on QT 5.9.1, but I need to downgrade to in order to use ROS plugin.
So, anyone know how to uninstall this newer version?

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

What version do you need ?

Nothing stops you from having several version of Qt Creator in parallel.

I thought on keep both versions, but I only download qt creator to use with ROS plugin. So it does not worth keep a version I'm not gonna use.
I need the qt creator 5.7.1

That's a Qt version number. Qt Creator has its own numbering scheme as it is not tied to Qt version.

            That's true. Sorry for that.
            The version is 4.2.1

Doesn't your Linux distribution provide that version of Qt Creator ?

Otherwise, you can also download only Qt Creator from here.

SGaist, thanks for your answers. The plugins' developers announced they are working on the support for latest version of qt create.
