Run Serial Thread With Main Thread in Gui

Dear Sir,
I want support to run a secondary thread in wiring pi with qt which can continuously check for serial data with main Gui primary Thread running simultaneously.whenever serial data available on secondary thread . it can catch serial data & transferred to main primary thread ..please reply urgently as soon as possible .

This is a community forum were people when they can/want. If you're in need of an urgent solution then you should maybe consider hiring someone to work directly on your problem.
That said, there are already numerous threads on this forum about the topics of threading, serial data, serial data in threading etc. Did you try to search for them ?
On a side note, searching for
wiringpi Qtwith Google, the first hit is a thread about using both together on the RaspberryPi forum.
