Can the QtWebView 1.1 be used for running on mobile development or is it a right choice for mobile development?

Hi all,
I just wonder that can the QtWebView 1.1 be used for running on mobile development? I read about that on QT docs and search some stuff on internet?
My question is that can I develop any mobile app wıth QtWebview1.1 (not QWebview or QtWebkit) by using HTML files? By the way, with this I also some small questions:- Can I access the phone resources like sensor , camera , system folder from the HTML pages in the Qtwebview component?
- Can I open a file in the HTML page on mobile like native mobile style?
- There javascript integration in QT. Can the above questions be solved by using javascript from HTML ?
