Can we implimenent 3d View of QGraphicsView in qt4.3.3

I am displaying rectangles in QGraphicsView . I want to make impliment the same in 3d view . How to do it with qt.4.3.3

Hmm for such ultra old version, i think you have to use openGL directly.
Also there some tricks with QGraphicsXX
http://blog.qt.io/blog/2008/12/02/widgets-enter-the-third-dimension-wolfenqt/but not sure if that is available to 4.3
