Unsolved QT installation issue.
-
I am running 32 bit ubuntu 16.04 on nanopi m3 controller board. The QT version that came along with the OS was QT 4. But I need QT 5 for working with ROS. So I uninstalled QT 4 and installed QT5 using this command
sudo apt-get install qtdeclarative5-dev
After installation when I run this command to check the QT version
qmake -version
The OS is throwing error
qmake: could not exec '/usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/qt4/bin/qmake': No such file or directory
Can someone help me to solve this.
Thanks in advance. -
Hi! Do you want to develop / compile your applications on that board or do you cross compile it on a PC and only need to deploy the binaries to the nanopi?

@Wieland cross compile sounds good but certain ROS packages that I plan to run on the nanopi M3 have Qt5 as dependency. So I think Qt5 has to be installed and setup on the nanopi as well. What do you think ?
