[Debian] qmake not installed with QtCreator?
I'm trying to install QtCreator to use as an IDE. I dont need any Qt library, so I use the QtCreator standalone installer (http://download.qt.io/official_releases/qtcreator/4.3/4.3.1/qt-creator-opensource-linux-x86_64-4.3.1.run).
However, there is no qmake installed with it, and even if I install it manually (apt install qt5-qmake) I cant manually select it.
How should I install QtCreator + qmake to just use the IDE?
Qt Creator is just the IDE. qmake comes with whatever Qt version you install.
Ok thanks, I thought I read somewhere that qmake was a part of QtCreator, not Qt itself.
