How to add qml lib to my cross compiler in qt?

Hi. I worked on ARM kit and I install it's cross compiler from this link: [https://www.mediafire.com/folder/ilkcy37otd7il/NanoPi2Board#a0l72ygtz0797] and when I search in this directory I see qmltooling folder in plugin directory.
How can I use qml in this compiler?
When I opan the qt creator and choose new project and select Embedded device and want to select qt quick , there is not any option about qt quick and just show me widget and console.
how can I create new qml project for my embedded device?
