QT creator 4.3.1 problem with 4k Display

Hi guys I'm new using Qt Creator and QT.
I'm using Dell XPS15 9550 with 4k display but I have so much problem with UI.

As you can see in my screenshot alt text

Qt creator doesn't scale the UI, and it's so difficult to use it.
There some fix? I'm using QT creator 4.3.1 with Elementary OS (Ubuntu Based).

I've soled in this way:

sudo -i gedit /etc/environment

Next add: QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=1, saved and restart my pc.

Also QT_DEVICE_PIXEL_RATIO=2, works with QT editor 3.5.1 :)
