Splitter on full parent widget

I use QT Designer.
How I can set splitter on full size parent widget?
If I try compose to splitter 2 widget in layout, I can't do it (this menu disable)

Are you thinking of making your QSplitter the central widget of a QMainWindow or to have it as a base class to derive from ?

For insert Splitter to layout I

1. add QWidget in designer
2. add 2 QWidget on first widget
3. combine 2 widget to splitter
4. set type layout in widget

What do you mean with number 3 ?

1: Add BOTH widgets to the area
2: select both (use CTRL)
3: right click and apply splitter
