Indefinite progressbar, translucentbackground not working in KDE Plasma Workplace

Indefinite progressbar, translucent background effects are not working in KDE Plasma Workplace Desktop environment (OpenSuse 13.2).
But the same is working in OpenSuse 13.2 GNOME Desktop Environment and Ubuntu 14.04.
Whats libraries or settings missing in OpenSuse KDE Desktop Environment?
Do I need to have additional libraries to make it work?
Please help me out.
