I can't find pricompiled libraries for Windows on the download page for Qt 5.9.0. So dose it mean Qt company won't provide them anymore?

They are still available for download: https://www.qt.io/download-open-source/

@diverger I would suggest to use the online installer: http://download.qt.io/official_releases/online_installers/qt-unified-linux-x64-online.run
Then just select Qt versions you want to install in that installer.
Select Qt for VS2015.
