Unsolved Specify the program to run by default in Qt Creator
-
I do have a Qt Creator that ends up building several executables. I would like to know if there is a way in the .pro file to specify the default program that should be run the very first time a .pro.user file is created (i.e. to influence the value XX in the .pro.user file line <value type="int" key="ProjectExplorer.Target.ActiveRunConfiguration">XX</value>)

Hi,
AFAIK, no. One thing you could try is to create a shared .pro.user file (.pro.shared) like described here that contains your project specific stuff you want.
Hope it helps

The .shared file will not work for other people: The build settings use Qt Creator instance specific IDs, which will not be found on other instances. So this will not work reliably:-/
Not reliably as none of the kits you have created yourself will work, but those that you got pre-configured by the Qt SDK will (they get created with the same IDs in all installations;-).
