    Hi,

    I downloaded and installed qt-opensource-windows-x86-msvc2013-5.8.0.exe from https://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/5.8/5.8.0/ on a windows 7 32bit machine. But I couldn't find Qt WebEngine.

So I went back and compared the setup between 5.7.1 and 5.8.0 (shown in the below picture). As you can see there's no Qt WebEngine in 5.8.0 setup. Is this expected? Is there an additional package I can install to add Qt WebEngine to 5.8.0?

@RonW Using Qt Online Installer you can select Qt WebEngine for installation (it is not installed by default). Not sure about offline installer as I don't use them.

Note: image upload usually does not work in this forum (I cannot see the picture you uploaded).

        Hi,

Chromium, the underlying technology requires MSVC2015 as a minimum built platform.

          Thanks @jsulm and @SGaist .

I tried online installer and selected WebEngine but still no show. I'm using vs 2013. So I guess SGaist is right.

You can find more information in the platform notes from the QtWebEngine module.
