Why I can't use cmd?

I installed QT software day before yesterday, and I noticed, when I compile my program, windows cmd does not appear. I used QT yesterday also, but the problem gone. And today, I'm trying to use QT with cmd, but the application output appear again.
My question is, how can I use QT with cmd every singe time, when I start the application? I didn't change the settings never, and I hate the application output. Can anyone help me?
