Code GUI in C using QT

i am using STM32f4 Discovery board and I am willing to design the LCD that I am using C code in QT GUI is that possible if yes please can someone explain the process for that. PLEASE HELP IS NEEDED

What are the specs of your device exactly ?

Do you have an OS running on it ?

On a side note, it's Qt, QT stands for Apple QuickTime which is likely not what you are looking for currently.
