Clang Static Analyzer never finishes analyzing

Hello,
I am trying to debug an application and I could really use Clang as an analysis tool. However when I go to Analyze > Clang Static Analyzer nothing really happens.
It says it is analyzing but it never finishes. I let it run for a whole day once and nothing. Kept analyzing and never output anything. What am I doing wrong? -

What version of Qt Creator are you using ?
