Where to download the code for the Car3D tutorial?

but it seems that I don't have things like Item3d in my Qt 5.8.0 build. So can you give me a ref card for adequate following this tutorial?

I just want to add that I want to use the QML for simple CAD software, which manipulates over .stl files.
